Research interests:

  • Molecular community analysis of plant endophytic and rhizosphere microbiome.
  • Understand how abiotic factors shape the plant microbiome and microbial interaction.
  • Transcriptome study of halophytes and grasses.
  • Proteomic analysis of bacterial and fungal mediated detoxification of heavy metals.
